William "Bill" O. Masters, age 71 and a resident of Lorain, passed away at his home on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Bill was born July 15, 1950 to the late Chauncey and Marjorie (nee Smith) Masters. He was a 1968 graduate of Marion L. Steele High School, Amherst. Bill resided in Amherst until moving to Lorain 30 years ago. He was retired from the Ford Motor Company, Lorain Plant, where he had worked for 25 years as an assembler. Most important to Bill was spending time with his family and friends whom he deeply cherished. Bill belonged to many fraternal organizations in Lorain and throughout his life he enjoyed golfing, gardening, and loved all Cleveland sports. Survivors include his three children; William H. Masters of South Euclid, Brian B. Masters (Theresa) of North Ridgeville, Steffany Congelio (Dan) of Elyria, four grandchildren; Tyler (Jillian) Rowe, Santino Congelio, Isabella Congelio, Samantha Masters, great grandson Patrick Rowe, sister Sheila Steury of Newark, and former wives Sharon Sweda of Sheffield Village and Nadine Holm of Amherst. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte Masters (2008). Family will receive friends Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 4-8 p.m., at the Garland-Misencik Funeral Home, 851 Park Avenue, Amherst. Private family interment.
