Wayne C. Kiser, age 76 and a resident of Norwalk, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain after a short illness. Wayne was born March 13, 1946 in Fremont to the late Carroll and Anna (nee Gerstenberger) Kiser. He was a 1964 graduate of Western Reserve High School, Wakeman. Wayne proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He was retired from the former Mansfield Reformatory. Wayne enjoyed fishing and target and trap shooting. Survivors include his wife of 33 years Ellen C. (nee Scruton) Kiser, his son, step-daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and siblings. Wayne requested that there be no services.
