Nancy C. Marszal (nee King), age 59 and a resident of Rocky River, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022 at UH St. John Medical Center, Westlake. Nancy was born May 26, 1963 in Cleveland to the late James W. and Mary L. (nee Kilbane) King. She was a 1981 graduate of St. Joseph Academy, Cleveland. Nancy worked for several years at the Federal Courthouse, Bankruptcy Division in downtown Cleveland. She then went on to employment as a cashier at Target, North Olmsted where she worked for the past ten years. Throughout her life, Nancy loved to crochet and was known for her beautiful baby blankets that she created for newborns in her family and also for special friends. Survivors include her daughter Katie Marszal (Brandon Fatsie), former husband Gary Marszal, her ten siblings; Lynn (Mike) Lumbrezer, Maureen (Dan) Huss, James King, Chris (Nancy) King, Dan (Tammy) King, Kellie (Craig) Schwabel, Megan Bozzuto, Colin (Michelle) King, Terry King, Erin King, many nieces and nephews, several great nieces and great nephews, and her loving pet dog Lilly. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her nephew Cullen Lumbrezer, brother-in-law Paul Bozzuto, and her best friend Maggie Wood. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 9, 2022 at St. Richard Catholic Church, 26855 Lorain Road, North Olmsted. Rev. Greg Nevzil, pastor will officiate.
