Linda "Marty" Lee Ondich (nee Martinez), age 73, of Lorain, passed away Sunday April 25, 2021 at Avon Lake Towne Center under the Care Of Hospice. She was born in Michigan, on May 12, 1947. She worked for the Chronicle Telegram delivering newspapers, she also was a beautician. She enjoyed designing and selling geese clothing, she had booths at the Fish Festivals, County Fairs and the Woolly Bear Festivals. She was an avid Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Cavaliers fan. She also enjoyed watching the Michigan Games. Her hobbies included playing darts, bowling and bingo. She was a member of the Moose Lodge 552 in Lorain. She is survived by her Husband Neil Ondich, her daughter Teresa (Shawn) Hejnal, Martin Barker, Cheryl (Norm) Walentowski, Karen (Harley) Harris, William (Kesha) Barker; 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; her brothers Bill Martinez, Nestor Martinez; along with sisters Peggy Crabtree and Mary Enloe. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Willma and Nestor Martinez, granddaughter Jamie Barker, and great grandchildren Jasmin and Lane Austin. Family will be received at the Garland-Misencik Funeral Home 851 Park Avenue Amherst on Friday, May 7th, 2021 from 6-7:30 pm followed by the service from 7:30-8 pm.
