Hoyle K. Coward, Jr., 80, of Kipton, Ohio passed away Monday, September 23, 2024 under the care of New Life Hospice following a long illness. Hoyle was born August 12, 1944 in Elyria, Ohio. He graduated from Firelands High School in 1962 and served in the US Army in Vietnam from 1969-1971. He enjoyed cars, woodworking and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Cynthia (nee Gronsky) son, Jeremiah (Andrea) Coward, grandchildren Isabella, Jackson and Ava Coward, sister Sandra (Robert) Marr of Fenton, Michigan; nephews Rob (Tammy) Marr and Dan (Vicky) Marr and numerous great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Hoyle K., Sr. and Margaret (Geist) Coward. Per Hoyle's request, there will be no service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Garland-Misencik Funeral Home, Amherst.
