OBITUARY
CAROLE F. CASADA

Carole F. Casada (Privett) 73, of South Amherst, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, May 2, 2021 after a lengthy illness. Carole was born March 26, 1948 in Huntsville, Tennessee to the late Willard and Vercie Privett.
Carole was a homemaker, she enjoyed reading, music, sewing, dancing and computer games. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers Charlie Harness, Theodore Privett and her nephew John Neeley.
Carole is survived by her husband of 56 years Chester L. Casada, her two daughters Tracey Lewis (Ken) of Elyria and Courtney Abbey (Tyler) of South Amherst, sisters Maxine Smith of Columbus, Shelly Morgan and Lana Privett of South Amherst. A special thanks to her sister Lana for her care during Carole’s illness.
Carole is also survived by her grandchildren Connor Braden, Emmalynn Abbey, Ashlie Lewis and Nick Hart along with many nieces, nephews and cousins that will miss her.
Public visitation for family and friends will be held Monday May, 10, 2021 from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. at Garland -Misencik Funeral Home, 851 Park Ave., Amherst.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carole’s honor may be made to the Amherst Public Library, 221 Spring St., Amherst, OH 44001.
